Registration Fee:
This Year’s Conference has a two-tier “Registration Fee”
structure. For those staying at the Hotel at the Conference Location (Granlibakken
Conference Center), there is a reduced registration fee. For those not staying
at the Conference Location Hotel, SACMAT’s regular registration fees
apply.
Conference Attendees wishing to stay at the Conference Location Hotel, should
contact the Hotel directly (Reservations: 800-543-3221, 530-583-4242) for
room reservation but mail/fax the registration form with reduced fees directly
to SACMAT Registration Chair whose address/fax number is given below.
While calling the hotel to book rooms, attendees should identify themselves
as “SACMAT Attendees”. Special daily room rates (that include
all meals) apply to these attendees. There is no cut-off date for availing
these special room rates. However the rooms themselves get filled up fast
during this time of the year and attendees are urged to make their hotel reservation
as early as possible. These special room rates are given below:

• Deluxe Rooms
- Single: $254(A spouse can stay for an additional $50)

- Non-ACM/SIG Members - $195

Additional Conference Proceedings - $25
What the Registration Fees Cover:
Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
at breaks during Conference days - Wednesday thru Friday (June 7 thru
9th ), a copy of the conference proceedings, and attendance at the symposium
banquet Thursday evening.

Cancellation Policy:
The attendee must submit a cancellation request by mail, fax, or e-mail.
The request for cancellation must be received three business days before
the symposium in order to qualify for a refund or to avoid billing for
purchase orders or training requests. Substitutes for those unable to
attend are encouraged.
