Registration Fees

The registration fee includes the following:

  • Refreshment breaks
  • Lunches on July 8-10
  • The Excursion and Banquet Dinner on July 9
  • Access to all conference sessions

Important Notes

The early registration deadline is June 13. The regular registration deadline is July 2. For registration after that, please contact the General Chairs.

One full (non-student) registration is required for each accepted paper. When registering for a paper, please make sure you enter the paper ID on the attendee information page.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is allowed through July 2, 2025. Your registration fee less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. No cancellation is allowed after that.

Visa Support Letter Requests

ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. For ACM visa support letters, please complete the following request online: https://supportletters.acm.org/.
